Delivery Policy
Delivery Fee: Local deliveries start at $20 per address. Additional fees may apply outside our area.
Same-Day Delivery: Orders placed before 3:00 p.m. (local time) qualify for same-day delivery. Orders placed after will be delivered the next business day.
Delivery Times: We will make every effort to honor requested times, but specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed. Most deliveries occur between 11:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Recipient Unavailable: If the recipient is not available, flowers may be left with a neighbor, front desk, or in a safe location. A delivery notice will be left. If re-delivery is required, additional fees may apply.
Incorrect Address: If an incorrect address is provided and delivery is attempted, additional charges may apply for re-delivery to the correct address.
Substitutions: If specific flowers/containers are unavailable, we may substitute with items of equal or greater value while maintaining the style of your arrangement.
