Occasionally, due to weather, seasonality, market conditions, and volatility due to Mother's Day, Valentine's Day, certain flowers or containers may become unavailable. In such cases, we will carefully substitute with items of equal or higher value, ensuring that the style, theme, and color scheme of your arrangement remain beautifully preserved.

In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

Harmony's Florist went beyond the call with excellent customer service, including attention to details and my odd, specific requests. Also thoughtful in sending a photo of the specific arrangement for my approval. And very kindly changing the message on the card at the last minute before delivery. BEST hours for last minute ideas, open til 9pm! Our grieving family were very moved and appreciative upon delivery. The whole staff were wonderful, and made sending Love & Compassion effortless. Highly recommended!
