Occasionally, due to weather, seasonality, market conditions, and volatility due to Mother's Day, Valentine's Day, certain flowers or containers may become unavailable. In such cases, we will carefully substitute with items of equal or higher value, ensuring that the style, theme, and color scheme of your arrangement remain beautifully preserved.

If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
